• Downpayments are non-refundable.
• We accept full payments or 50% downpayments to book the camera on Instagram.
• No exchanging orders or trade-ins.
• If the camera arrives damaged in its (functionality), customers have 48 hours from the moment of delivery to report the issue. Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the camera's functionality are not valid reasons for returns or refunds, as all cameras are pre-owned. (even like NEW models)
  A full and uncut unboxing video is required as proof. Without this video, claims cannot be processed.
  
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Returns will only be accepted after prior written approval from FairyVintageTales
• Please be advised that neither FairyVintageTales nor our bank can be held responsible if the customer misspells or inputs incorrect information as displayed and instructed.
• If the order was shipped with insurance and an issue occurs, FairyVintageTales will initiate an investigation with the courier. Refunds or replacements depend on the outcome of the courier's Investigation and cannot be guaranteed.
• Any import duty fees / VAT are not included. FairyVintageTales will not be responsible for any additional charges (taxes, etc.); kindly do your own research as different countries have different laws.
