Before shopping with us, here’s everything you need to know so our journey together is smooth!

2. Our Treasures

Every camera is fully tested & comes with its SD card, battery, charger, pouch, hanger, stickers & a thank-you note.

As vintage items, they may have tiny cosmetic imperfections — that’s part of their charm ✧

 

3. Payments

We accept iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, American Express & bank transfer.For reservations, a 50% deposit is required; the remaining balance must be paid before shipping. (for instagram)

We do not offer instalment payments.

 

4. Shipping

We ship worldwide, wrapping every order with care & protection.

Once handed to the carrier, delivery times are beyond our control.

If a parcel is lost or damaged, we will start an investigation with the carrier (insured shipping), but reimbursement cannot be guaranteed.

 

5. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery, only with a full uncut unboxing video as proof.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.
  • Hangers & accessories included with a camera cannot be returned separately.
  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed.
  • We only take returns if the camera is not functioning as described. Returns are not accepted for cosmetic imperfections, as these are part of the vintage character of the item.

 

6. Warranty

Our items are vintage & come without manufacturer warranty.

We guarantee the camera works as described at the time of shipping.

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorised repairs is not covered.

 

7. Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages such as loss of data, missed events, or business interruption caused by product malfunction.
