Returns & Refunds
Every camera is tested before it leaves us. If something isn't right, we'll sort it out together.

Changed your mind?
You have 14 days after delivery to cancel your order, no reason needed. Just email info@fairyvintagetales.store and we'll send you the return details. Please send the camera back within 7 days after letting us know, complete with all accessories and in the condition you received it and share the track and trace code with us.

• Return shipping costs are paid by you.
• We refund your purchase within 14 days after we receive the return.

• If the camera shows wear or damage beyond simply trying it out, we may deduct the loss in value.

Something not working?
If your camera doesn't work as described when it arrives, let us know as soon as possible with a short description and a photo or video. We'll repair, replace or refund it, and we cover the return shipping in that case.
All our cameras are pre owned. Small cosmetic signs of use are shown in the photos and description and aren't considered a defect.

Exchanges
Want a different camera? Contact us first. Once approved, we'll share the return details. Shipping costs for exchanges are paid by you.

Reservations
You can reserve a camera for 7 days with a deposit. If the remaining amount isn't paid within those 7 days, the reservation ends and the deposit is non-refundable.

Refused parcels
If a parcel is refused because of import charges, the return shipping costs are deducted from your refund.
