Every order is packed with care and shipped worldwide with DHL or PostNL, always with track & trace.

β’ Free shipping within the Netherlands on orders over β¬200.
β’ Insured and express shipping is available at checkout.
Import duties & taxes
Within the EU there are no extra import charges. For orders outside the EU (including the US and UK), import duties and taxes are collected by the carrier on delivery. They're not included in our prices and vary per country, often around 10% of the order value.
Lost or damaged parcel?
Let us know right away. We'll open a claim with the carrier and keep you updated until it's resolved.
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be held responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
